Hyun Ji Noh
Hyun Ji Noh is a postdoc in the Genome Sequencing and Analysis Program at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Her research focuses on the development of computational tools and analysis strategies to investigate the genetic basis of complex diseases, such as neuropsychiatric disorders. She studies human and dog diseases, using large-scale genomic data sets and bioinformatic tools to identify genes, pathways and candidate mutations associated with a disease.
Hyun Ji was a visiting scholar in 2011 and officially joined the Broad as a postdoc after completing a PhD in computational biology at the University of Oxford. Before that, she received a MSc in pharmacology at the University of Oxford and a BSc in biological sciences at KAIST.
